Are the tote bags washable?

The cotton and non-woven totes can be washed cold and air dried. Check the specifications table on each product page — where the maker states a wash method, we list it there.

What does shipping cost?

Free US shipping on orders over $49; a flat $6.95 below that. Everything ships from the New York store.

Can I order a bulk count for an event?

Yes. Several lines are stocked in counts up to 100. Call +1 646-852-4492 if you need a count larger than the listing shows.

How do returns work?

Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging. Full detail is on the Returns and Refunds page.

Do you ship outside the United States?
